There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Special Order Merchandise:

Special order merchandise may not be cancelled. No returns, refunds or exchanges on special order merchandise. Special order time frames are estimated not guaranteed.

In Stock Merchandise Returns:

A 25% restocking charge will be assessed to all returned in stock merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 24 hours in new condition. Merchandise must be free of wear and tear, pet hair, smells, stains, etc… Additional delivery and handling charges may apply.
